  • ·Prepares monthly & weekly reports of assigned accounts.
  • ·Assists in the month-end closing activities.
  • ·Prepare and filing of BIR Forms (2550M,2550Q,1601C,0619)
  • ·Process and monitors Container Deposit for Refund.
  • ·Organize Check Vouchers.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • · Complete the necessary paperwork, clear customs, process, and release import shipments from customs custody on time.
  • ·Represents the business when it comes to complying with the necessary shipping documents that involve processing and paperwork from other parties.
  • ·Obtaining the approvals and documentation needed for customs processing
  • ·Commodity classification according to the relevant tariff heading
